Delivery within the UK/EU

Standard UK delivery is from £3.00 and is free for orders over £30.00.  Although I do not currently offer next day (UK) delivery as a standard service it is something that I can definitely see about doing if you have a particular order that you would like in a hurry, in this instance please email at [email protected] with some information on what it is you would like and I can let you if its possible and provide a shipping estimate.

Once payment has been received I aim to send your order out as soon as possible but as a general rule of thumb please allow 5-7 working days for delivery in order to allow time for me to prepare your order as a lot of the items are handmade to order.  During busier times such as Christmas and New Year your order may take a little extra time to reach you, but I will of course endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible!

International Delivery

Yay, Lilah Rose ships internationally from only £4.00!

International Delivery can take up to 4 weeks to reach you, although average shipping time is around 7-10 working days. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes on your order.

Lilah Rose cannot be held responsible for any orders that get lost or become damaged once dispatched whether within the United Kingdom or to countries outside of the UK.

Lilah Rose is not responsible for any delays in delivery whether in the United Kingdom or outside due to situations beyond our control for example postal strikes or bad weather.
